Yamarin launch two all new 2008 models!

Yamarin is proud to announce the introduction of two new 6.8 metre outboard powered craft, which will take the Yamarin range to twenty-two different models for 2008. The incredibly spacious new Yamarin 68 Cabin cruiser, which was announced at the 2007 Helsinki International Boat Show, is to be accompanied by a sportier sister model – the new, Yamarin 68 Day Cruiser.

The Yamarin 68 Cabin is an all new boat with generous accommodation, equipped for leisure or work trips in any weather. Boasting a walk-through layout, the boat has sturdy stairs and a sizeable door that adds to the safety of moving around on board. Teak on the fore deck also contributes to safety – and looks good as well!

The boat is equipped with a large sliding roof hatch, while the cabin has a wide sliding door giving easy access to the aft cockpit space. The latter is fitted with a table that comfortably seats four. The cabin also features a small galley area with a wash basin, stove and pressurised water supply as standard. A water-flushed toilet is another standard feature.

The boat comfortably sleeps four people – with two beds at the bow, and two extra large 2.2m long beds at the rear of the cabin. The stern of the boat features a handy bathing platform and two anchor boxes.

Yamarin 68 Cabin: length 6,77 m, width: 2,54 m, boat weight: approx. 1400 kg, engine recommendation 115 - 200 hp, for 8 persons

The Yamarin 68 Day Cruiser is a sporty model with sublime handling, which can accept a variety of engines up to 250 hp. Its windshield and high sides create a sheltered cockpit space – and for poor weather a full canopy, complete with locker for packing, allows the helmsman to drive while standing up. The driver and co-driver can sit back comfortably on the Offshore twin seat, fitted with a folding backrest. Please note that the folding backrest and the large cockpit table can be easily converted into a luxurious sun bed for two. But, even with the sun bed laid out, you can still walk through to the spacious bathing platform and move about in the cockpit.

The cabin sleeps two and boasts sofa-like seating and a water-flushed toilet. There is also a small galley in the cabin, containing a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a sink with a 45 l freshwater tank as standard. A Wallas 800 or portable gas cooker is available as an optional galley accessory.

For those who like plenty of natural light in the cabin, there are four hull windows which can be opened for ventilation and an acrylic cabin door with tinted privacy glass.
